All orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days.  If product is damaged upon receipt, please notify me via email so that the product can be replaced.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, unless damaged in shipping.  

All PDF Downloads are non refundable, you are entitled to 3 downloads with your purchase.  You will need to save them to your computer or device as they can not be resent.
